Reflecting on my journey, I am immensely grateful to have started my Food Science studies at PBPC. Though challenging at first the support of incredible professors made it a smooth experience. Practical lab work and industry visits deepened my passion for food technology. After graduation, I applied my PBPC acquired skills in the food industry, gaining valuable real-world experience.
This reinforced my desire for research and development, leading me to pursue a master’s degree. Today, I am at Louisiana State University (LSU) continuing my academic journey with excitement. I owe much of my success to PBPC not just for the knowledge I gained but for the confidence and resilience it instilled in me.
Thank you PBPC for being the foundation of my dream.

Being part of the first batch of Food Technology at Pokhara Bigyan Tatha Prabidhi Campus (2011-2015) was an unforgettable journey one filled with excitement, challenges and immense growth. Stepping into uncharted territory, I felt both anxious and thrilled but
unwavering support of our experienced and passionate lecture made all the difference. Their guidance not only deepened my understanding of food science but also inspired me to push boundaries. Beyond academics, I built lifelong connections, networking with incredible professionals in Kathmandu and Dharan.
This solid foundation played a crucial role in shaping my career and academic journey.
The knowledge, skills, and research mindset I developed during my undergraduate years enabled me to pursue postgraduate studies with prestigious scholarships in Thailand and ultimately a PhD in Australia (ongoing). Looking back I am deeply grateful for the
mentorship and experiences that set me on this path, and I will always cherish the formative years that made it all possible.
